1. Minimum opening balance required. Monthly service charge will be waived as long as the corresponding Business Checking Account remains open.
2. In the event you overdraw your checking account, your check will be covered and you will be charged a $32 (per item) authorized overdraft fee. Overdraft Privilege provides a safety net up to $1,500 for business Checking accounts.
