Meet Karen

Karen has a banking background spanning over forty years and has dedicated the past two decades to mortgage financing. As a Boone native and a graduate of UNC Greensboro, she enjoys using her lending expertise to help homebuyers realize their real estate dreams in the High Country region. Inspired by the quote, "Four things you control every day are your attitude, your effort, your behavior, and your actions," Karen embraces the power of personal responsibility and strives to spread positivity in her community. Outside of the office, Karen takes delight in the seasonal beauty of North Carolina. Whether it's the excitement of autumn football, wintertime snow adventures, or the joy of springtime gardening, Karen fully embraces everything our region has to offer.
